Delivery Information

SHIPPING TIME / SHIPPING METHOD

For available products the shipment is made within 2 working days after the payment.

For unavailable products (backorder), the shipment is made within 2 working days after we (as a company) receive the products, as stated in the description of each product. During this time, the company will inform you of the receiving time of your order.

The shipping methods are:

  • By courier
  • Pick up from our headquarters

SHIPPING COSTS​

For shipments up to 700€ per order, the shipping cost is calculated automatically upon ther order and depends on the weight of the products. The minimum cost per shipment is 5€ with VAT.

For shipments totaling more than 700 € per shipment, the shipment is free of charge for Greece.

If the products are returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, shipping costs will not be refunded.


SHIPPING LIABILITY & SECURITY

The products are packaged under the responsibility of the sender following the international rules of the couriers.

The shipment is in the responsibility of the recipient. Upon receipt of the order and in the presence of the distributor, you must check the status of the products before signing the delivery document and therefore accept the parcel. Once the delivery document has been signed, it is assumed that you have previously checked the status of the products.



RETURN INFORMATION - CANCELLATION ORDERS

Order cancellation

An order can be canceled ONLY before shipment. The time between ordering and shipment depends on the availability of the product, which is determined by the ordering process.

Requests for cancellation can be made by phone at 2310 949 010 or by e-mail at [email protected].

In the event that a customer’s credit card has been debited, the charge will be canceled at our own risk and any cancellation charges (eg Bank Fee) will be charged to the customer.


Return of defective product

Upon receipt of the order and in the presence of the distributor, you must check the status of the products before signing the delivery document and therefore accept the parcel. Once the delivery document has been signed, it is assumed that you have previously checked the status of the products.

In the event of a defective product from the beginning or even in use, as long as the instructions for use are strictly adhered to and the damage is not due to misuse or decline or generally to the fault of the user, the product is returned to our company at the customer’s expense, and then repaired, or after replacement (depending on warranty policy), is returned to the customer at our company’s expense.


Return of a non-defective product

When ordering, the customer became aware of and accepted all the terms of the transaction as described in the respective parts of the online store.
In addition to the order, the customer was informed about the possibilities of the products to be purchased and found them suitable for the intended use.

However, a non-defective product may be returned to Recap Survey ONLY if the following conditions are met:

  • Notice of return request must be less than fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer.
  • Return of the Product within a period of less than five (5) days from the date of notification.
  • The packaging of the product must not infringed and should be returned to excellent condition as received by the customer.

Refunds are not made. In the event of a non-defective product return, the entire value of the product is credited to the customer for future purchases.

Shipping costs for a non-defective product shall be covered exclusively by the customer.
